What we collect

Flashcardy collects the information needed to run the service: account details you provide through sign-in, study material you upload or paste, and basic technical information such as browser, device, and request logs.

When you use Google sign-in, we receive the profile data needed to create and maintain your account, such as your name, email address, and profile image.

How we use it

We use your data to authenticate you, store your decks, process imports, deliver study sessions, and improve the quality, reliability, and security of Flashcardy.

If AI-powered import or enhancement is enabled for your account, your study material may be sent to the model provider configured for the service so the requested output can be generated.

Storage and sharing

Your content is stored on infrastructure used to operate Flashcardy, including Cloudflare-hosted data services and, when enabled, the configured AI provider.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers only when needed to run the product, secure it, or comply with legal obligations.

Your choices

You can choose whether to sign in and whether to upload material.

If you need account or data-related help, use the contact details published on the Flashcardy site or support channel you were given.
