Using Flashcardy
You may use Flashcardy only in ways that are lawful, respectful of others, and consistent with the product as offered. Do not try to abuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to process content you do not have the right to use.
Guest access is limited to the public intro deck. Account-based features, uploads, and AI actions are available only to signed-in users when enabled.
Your content
You keep ownership of the material you upload or paste into Flashcardy. By using the service, you give us the permission needed to store, process, and transform that material in order to operate the product.
AI-generated output can be helpful, but it may still be incomplete or imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing the study material you rely on.
Accounts and billing
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining access to it and for any activity that happens under it.
If Flashcardy offers paid plans, the pricing and plan details shown in the product at the time of purchase will apply to that service.
Availability and limits
Flashcardy is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, improve, pause, or disappear over time as the product evolves.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flashcardy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
